Privacy policy

FreshPlay sets no cookies and loads nothing from other sites until you press Play on a game.

Before you press Play

Our pages, images, fonts and scripts are all served from our own domain. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not ask for an account or any personal details.

After you press Play

The game loads inside the page through itch.io's official embed, from itch.io and, for some games, from the developer's own website. Those services may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies, including itch.io's privacy policy. Games that run on the developer's own site are marked on their page.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
