What kind of game is Glyph Legion?
Glyph Legion mixes card-based tower defense with merging and Chinese mythology. Twelve glyphs each bring their own squad: Staff, Arrow, Fire, Ice, Thunder, Poison and Net fight, while Haste, Coin, Heal, Drum and Mirror support. Four heroes, Wukong, Bajie, Sha Seng and Bailong, build rage into ultimates such as Wukong's Staff Sweep.
How to play
- Build: drag a card from the shop onto a pad to buy it. Drop it on an identical glyph to merge.
- Battle: press Battle and the demons start walking. You can still move, swap, merge or sell glyphs at any time.
- Win: keep the camp alive through the last wave. The more camp HP left, the more stars.
Chapters and special pads
Ten chapters on large maps you can drag and zoom, each ending with a boss such as the White Bone Demon, Red Boy, the Bull Demon King and the Golden Roc. Special pads change how you build: Rune Circle, High Ground, Coffer, Beacon, Twin Pads and Spirit Spring, plus the Mire, where fighters and heroes cannot stand.
